Rene Russo, since her modeling career to her acting career, loves clean looks!

Many actors and actresses start their acting careers with comedies, dramas, or even horror movies. Burbank native Rene Russo, after her modeling career, and a TV series called Sable in 1987, she began in the sports comedy Major League in April 1989, when she was 35. Since this movie, she discovered how very talented she is.

She did Lynn Wells, Jake Taylor (Tom Berenger)'s love interest. And for some people, in this movie, Tom and Rene's love chemistry was amazing, despite their acting experiences.

According to Russo: "I don't remember being terrified. I think acting is something that came natural. I did a library scene in that movie, where there was no cutting — it was one continuous, two-minute scene going through a library. I didn't know if I could, you know? It was a long scene, and just to remember, OK, you put the books down here and then you take two steps and you have to turn around, and you have a little bit of an argument, and there's no cutting, so you had to do it in one take. And at the end of it I thought, OK, well then, maybe I can do this. That was a real confidence booster for me."

And we all agree with Rene about the library scene in Major League: it was a great and hilarious scene, where she had to whisper, due to a quiet place.
